We let him stand for thirty minutes to swell the gluten, and after the time has elapsed, we begin to form the products.

This is the simplest, but the most successful recipe for cooking dumplings for kefir. Products made from such a test for a couple, turn out lush and tender to the taste. Although quite successfully you can bring dumplings to the ready just in boiling water.

In warm yogurt add yeast, sugar, soda and a pinch of salt, stir until the final dissolution of all components and determine in a warm place for twenty to twenty-five minutes. After the time has elapsed, sprinkle the sifted flour in small portions and knead the plastic, soft, but not floating dough. We place it in a dough that is warm and protected from drafts and unnecessary noise for thirty-five to forty minutes or until the volume increases approximately twice.

Approached dough kneaded hands and proceed to the molding of products. We divide the com into several parts, we roll out of them sausages, which we turn with fingers into a flat cake. Do not forget to sprinkle the work surface and hands with flour.

The cakes received will be the basis of our vareniki, which we fill with your favorite stuffing and bring it to steam in a double boiler, multivark or using homemade home design. For its construction, pour water into the pan, cover with gauze, folded twice, and fix it on the pan with a rope. Preheat the water to a boil, on the cheesecloth, place the dumplings at a distance from each other and cover with a three-dimensional lid or other suitable diameter. We keep the products for a couple of five to seven minutes, depending on the size and shift to a dish.

Vareniki with cherries on steamed kefir

From the finished dough we form cakes, each of which is filled with cherries and we add sugar to taste. We hastily sealed each dumpling, folding the cake in half and tearing the edges, and stack them in the oiled container of the steamer, which could be a steamer, a multibrark grill or a homemade gauze and pans. We cook the dumplings about five to seven minutes, and immediately served to the table with a heat with a heat, pouring them on top with melted butter.

Similarly, you can prepare dumplings on yogurt for a couple of cottage cheese, strawberries, other berries or fill them with a stuffing of potatoes or cabbage.
