Clean the sazana and gently open the abdomen, so as not to damage the gallbladder. Then we take out all the insides, remove the gills from the head and thoroughly wash the fish. Now let's prepare sour cream sauce : mix spices with sour cream and add lemon juice. Well we grease the carp with the prepared mixture and leave the minutes for 30 minutes to impregnate. We roll out a sheet of foil on the table, put the fish on it back down and surround it with celery greens and onions, and fill them with the abdomen. The bulb is cleaned, shredded by semirings and soaked for 10 minutes in water. We wash the fish, dry it and cut it off: we carefully remove the insides and scales. Further along the body from two sides we make cuts, podsalivayem and pepper sazana to taste.

Bulgarian pepper is processed and cut into cubes. Potatoes are clean and shredded slices. We bake a tray with sunflower oil and lay on it a layer of potatoes with onion and pepper. We put fish on top, cover it with mayonnaise, sprinkle it with spicy herbs, close it with foil and send it to the oven for 40 minutes. Now let's prepare the vegetables: we clean the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Peeled luchok shinkle half rings, carrots chopped in small strips, and the tomato is crushed into cubes. All the vegetables are mixed in a bowl, salt and filled with a stuffed fish carcass.
