Grape juice for the winter through a juicer

Ingredients:

Preparation

With a juicer, the grape juice is very easy to prepare. If the clusters were torn down in your area and you are absolutely sure of their purity and that they were not treated with chemicals, they can not be washed, but immediately used for making juice. For this we tear the berries from the bunches and put them in a convenient vessel. After that, let's pass them through the juicer, picking up the ready-made juice. Depending on the type of grapes and its degree of sweetness, we determine independently the necessity of adding granulated sugar to the billet. We pour all the juice into an enamel vessel, add sugar if necessary and heat it to a boil with periodic stirring. After that, we weld the workpiece for three minutes, then we pour it on sterile and dry jars, we seal it and turn the lids down. We wrap the vessels with something warm and let it cool down slowly.

How to make apple-grape juice for the winter in a juice cooker

Ingredients:

Preparation

Preparing the preparation of grape-apple juice, rinse the fruit under cool running water and let it drain. In the lower capacity of the device, we pour water and install a tray on the top to collect the juice. From the top we have a level with holes (colander juice) and in it we put bunches of grapes. We supplement the berries with the same number of apples. They need to be cut in half, to extract the core with the seeds, and the flesh to chop into slices. We rub grapes and apples with half a portion of sugar, cover the unit with a lid and put the plates on the hotplate on a strong fire. Under the tube of the device we substitute a convenient vessel. We leave the construction on the stove until the separation of the juice stops.

After that, the container with the collected grape-apple juice is placed on the plate's plate, we pour the second portion of granulated sugar and often stir the workpiece with heating, so that all the crystals are dissolved. As soon as the juice boils, and the sugar dissolves, we pour the drink on sterile jars, sealed with the tops cooked for five minutes and turn upside down under the blanket for slow cooling and self-sterilization.

Grape juice from Isabella grapes for the winter - recipe

Ingredients:

Preparation

The technology of making juice from Isabella grapes and other red varieties differs somewhat from the preparation of a drink made from white berries. As you already noticed from the first recipe, we put white grapes in a juicer and immediately received the necessary product at the outlet.

In the case of red grapes have to do somewhat differently. Washed, collected from the bunches of berries must initially be crushed, and then pour the cleaned water, taking it about a liter and a half on a bucket of grape pulp, and heat the mass in an enamel pot while stirring to a temperature of 70 degrees. Then the stock is cooled to forty degrees. Only then can you pass the mass through the juicer.

The resulting juice is drained into an enameled vessel, if desired, we add sugar, let the stock boil and dissolve in crystals, and pour it over dry, sterilized jars. We seal the blood vessels tightly with sterile caps, turn the bottom up, wrap it with something warm and let it cool down slowly.
