What are the main groups of health?
Physical and intellectual development are closely related, therefore, for the education of a harmonious personality, an integrated approach is needed. That is why it is important to know what kind of groups of children and adolescent health:
- group 1 includes children who do not have chronic diseases, and generally do not often get sick and develop normally, in accordance with all age norms and indicators;
- to group 2 include children who have minor pathologies or are often ill, they need regular specialist examinations and recommendations for a lifestyle;
- group 3 includes those who have chronic diseases in a state of compensation, and those who have temporary abnormalities that require physical activity but do not suffer from poor health;
- to group 4 are patients with chronic diseases, with a weakened immune system.
- Group 5 - these are children who, because of their chronic illnesses, are forced to be constantly registered in special institutions.
From this description it becomes clear which health group is the best. Of course, the first category allows a teenager not to feel constrained in educational and sports activities. And pediatrician consultations are necessary only for preventive examinations. All other categories require specialist supervision in varying degrees.
How to identify the child's health group?
On the health of children, first of all, the district pediatrician judges, based on his observations. Conclusions are made taking into account a number of factors:
- the presence of complications and pathologies during pregnancy and childbirth, in addition, all these data are taken into account in the first days of the baby, when the newborn's health group is being established;
- the presence of serious ailments in the mother and father;
conditions of rest, study, mental and physical development; - relations in the family.
If doctors have no reason to assume genetic abnormalities , and the birth has gone without complications, then the condition of the baby's development directly influences the state of the body's functions.
The preschooler's health group may change over time, but, unfortunately, most often the changes occur in the direction of deterioration. This is due to the fact that parents do not have enough information about a healthy lifestyle.
