The recipe for a Mediterranean salad is quite simple. In salted boiling water we put the peeled shrimps and cook them with the lid closed for 7 minutes on low heat. Then we throw it back to the colander and wait until they cool. Cucumbers are mine, dried, cut off the tips and shredded straws or thin slices.

Carrots are cleaned and three on a grater. Leaves of lettuce washed, sorted, dried and tear your hands on small pieces. Boiled shrimp in a transparent deep salad bowl and gently mix them with all the vegetables. Separately, in a small bowl, combine apple and lemon juice, add a little olive oil, soy sauce and lightly beat the sauce with a fork. Add grated ginger and pour the resulting mixture of our salad. Next, put the Mediterranean salad for 1 hour in the fridge and give it a little time to stand, soak. Before serving, sprinkle on top with chopped walnuts or almonds.
