Salad with pine nuts - recipes

Pine nuts are hard to call the most affordable ingredient, but they are incredibly well-fitting in almost any dish. Especially good are such nuts in salads, which we will discuss in this article.

Recipe for salad "Chicken with nuts"

Cedar nuts are poured onto a baking sheet and fried in an oven. Young green peas are blanched in salted water for about 15 seconds, after which we let excess fluids drain off and are covered with iced water to preserve the crunchy texture.

Smoked chicken cut into strips and placed in a salad bowl along with the rest of the ingredients. A tablespoon of butter is mixed with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Fill the salad and mix well.

Heat the frying pan and fry the pieces of pancetta to it until it crisp and golden in color. In the same pan, after pancetta fry cedar nuts. Avocado clean and cut into thin slices.

Now we start to refuel: mix balsamic vinegar with olive oil, salt and pepper.

On the plates put a pillow of young spinach, on top of a piece of avocado, then pancetta and fried cedar nuts. We pour salad dressing and serve.

Potatoes are cleaned and cut into thin slices, put on a baking tray with garlic and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. We mix the potatoes, lay them on a bacon chicory and onion rings, continue baking for another 15 minutes. After 10 minutes add cedar nuts to the baking sheet.

Lemon juice is mixed with butter, mustard and oregano. Baked vegetables put on a pillow of arugula and pour with dressing.
