How to make a window?

For a dacha or veranda at home, for example, many do not install windows of factory production. How to make a window correctly?

We will make the frame with the opening, the size 110x130 cm.

1. We cut out the billets from the boards with a stock of length of 5 cm on each side, the thickness of the blanks is 4 cm., Width 14 cm. Prepare the blanks on a leaflet 4 cm thick and 5 cm wide. The tree should be polished.
2. We cut a quarter under a glass with a size of 1x1.5 cm. On the side crossbars, a quarter is cut from one side, on the middle board - on both sides.
3. Cut the boards to the desired length - the top and bottom of 130 cm, the side and middle bridge 104 cm.
4. On the vertical bars we will make another side cut in a width of 4 cm and a depth of 1 cm.
5. For the window: mark from the edge of 43 cm and 45 cm. Make two lines, make a saw with two saws to a depth of 1 cm and cut with a cutter.
6. Drill the holes and collect the box, attach the screws.
7. Let's make a window: cut the billet two by 104 cm and four by 45 cm; measure on the sides of 5 cm.
8. On the small bars we make a spike.
9. On long bars we make a saw cut with a depth of 14 mm., A width of one side - 5 cm and on the other - 4 cm.
10. On the side of the slit 4 cm, make a quarter 10x15 mm under the glass.
11. We cut a spike on the big bars.
12. We connect parts of the window to the glue.
13. Cut out on the quarter-leaf 25x10 mm.
14. On the window, we make markings, drill holes and put on sheds.
15. We cut the window handles.
16. The result is this window. It remains to glaze it and ready.
