Bolim, O Holy Panteleimon! We aches forgetfulness: about the work of salvation, about our sins and infirmities, about our duties - are healed. We ache with malice, anger, hatefulness - heal, about the curative the Holy Athos and the world. We ache with envy, pride, arrogance, exaltation, for all the scarcity and lasciviousness - healed. We ache with many and various fits of hedgehog: belly-fever, intemperance, polytheism, voluptuousness - heals. We ache with drowsiness, verbosity, idle talk, condemnation - healed, oh holy Panteleimon! Our eyes are aching with sinful views, our ears are aching by hearing idle talk, slander, slander - healed. The hands are hurt with an unwillingness to prayerful repentance and alms-giving are healed. Sick of our legs are the unwillingness to hastily go to the temple of the Lord and the desire to walk through the stagnations and to visit the houses of the world are healed. From the head to the feet we ache: it hurts in us the mind of incomprehensible, irrational and insane; it hurts in us the will, turning away from holy occupations and striving to do things harmful and God-forgiving; It hurts in us a memory that has forgotten our sins and contains in itself the inescapable transgression and insult of our neighbors; the imagination hurts in us, unable and unwilling to vividly present to us our death, the eternal torment of sinners, the blessings of the Kingdom of Heaven, God's wrath, the suffering of Christ, His crucifixion - are healed, O Holy Panteleimon! Everything hurts in us. Our soul does not exist, with all its powers and abilities. Our body is also non-existent, with all its members. Healed us, O Holy Panteleimon, Tselebnice, a bezbeyny and loving Physician, servant of the Most Holy Theotokos, and do not abandon our wretchedness in bogus illnesses and in the weight of weakness: may he be healed by your grace, glorify the Most Holy Trinity, the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit
