How to use noodles?

  4. Turn the knob and skip the dough through the machine.
  5. Folding the dough, repeat rolling 5-6 times.
  6. When the dough becomes elastic, put the regulator in position 2 and let the dough through the rollers.
  7. Repeat once more, only through position 3 and so on until the dough becomes 0.2 mm thick.
  8. Using a knife, cut the dough into strips, about 25 cm in length.

  10. Set the necessary width of noodles (1.5 mm or 6.6 mm)

Ready paste put on a tablecloth and leave to dry for at least an hour, or lay it on a baking sheet and put in the oven to slightly brown. The paste does not spoil 1-2 weeks if stored in a cotton bag in a dry place. Fresh pasta should be cooked for no more than 2-5 minutes.
