How to hang a tulle on a ribbon?
Currently, traditional methods of design of the window opening are not very much in demand. Designers try to use as many techniques as possible to properly hang the tulle in terms of planning and make it interesting. Consider a master class on how to hang a tulle with a ribbon.
- We take the cloth and proceed to the edge processing. In our case we use decorative braid and ribbons.
- We bend the edge of the tulle and attach the first decorative braid from the front side.

- Next, we close the second decorative ribbon seam and sew on the thinner one.
- Now consider how to fix the ribbon to beautifully hang the tulle. To do this, we cut the workpieces twice as long as the finished string should be. Fold the strips in half and lay a line along the entire upper edge, simultaneously tipping them.
- A beautiful cornice plays an important role in the final result. Bright active colors look better on a white or light background. It is in this color the workpiece for the cornice.
- It remains only to evenly tape our curtains.
- Properly hang the tulle - half the case, as it must also be properly trimmed. It's best to do this directly on the window. Fold and pinch.
- The most simple way, as you can beautifully hang the tulle and do not waste time on sewing lines, is to use a thermal tape. You simply bend the edge and fix it with a special tape.
