Mineral wool
This material is most often used for internal insulation of walls. It has a low cost and is very easy to install. However, experts argue that mineral wool is just not very suitable for warming walls inside, because it has a very low coefficient of thermal resistance and a high predisposition to absorb moisture. Some of the types of this material, thanks to a special treatment, provide increased moisture resistance, however, no one gives a 100% guarantee.
Styrofoam

This material has all the necessary qualities: high ability to retain heat, small thickness and weight, absolute moisture resistance. Polyurethane foam
Polyurethane foam is excellent for fast and high quality internal insulation of walls. This material is an excellent thermal insulator and very convenient in its application. The fact is that for the installation of polyurethane foam, no frame structures are needed, and in principle no mounting is required, since it is applied to the walls solely by spraying.
