In its configuration there are nozzles of various shapes (flat, spiral or combined), which allows mixing the solution in different directions. The work can be greatly facilitated with the help of the start button lock, which is available in most models. This allows you not to hold the button and hold the device by the side handles, changing its position to a more convenient one.
- A mixer car . This is a powerful equipment that is used for significant construction. With its help not only produce the preparation of the solution, but also transport it over long distances. The solution tank is a large rotating drum. Inside the drum there is a mixer, which operates on the principle of a screw. When the components for the solution are loaded into the container, the drum rotates in one direction, and pushing into the container takes place. When unloading, the rotation is in the opposite direction, the solution is discharged by means of a screw. For the unloading of ready-mixed concrete, the mixer-car models may have a concrete pump or sloping gutters in their device. Models of a mixer with a concrete pump make it possible to transport the solution to the filling point for a sufficiently large distance horizontally and to a certain height. Dimensions of the car mixer for concrete can be from 2.5 to 9 cubes and above. One cube contains a mass of up to three tons.
Depending on the power of the engine mixers for concrete are divided into the following grades:
- from 500 to 1000 W;
- from 1000 to 1500 W;
- more than 1500 watts.
