Biography of Nicolas Gescière
Nicolas Gesquiere (Nicolas Ghesquiere) - a famous French designer. He was born in the small French town of Komin in 1971. His father owned a golf course, and his mother was a fan of high fashion. The first thing that young Nicolas was carried away was sport. He was attracted by horse riding, swimming and fencing was not bad. However, at the age of 12 he discovered the art of design.
Once upon a time, at that time he was only 14 years old, he was invited to summer practice for the designer of the French brand Agnes V. Fashion designer took the teenager at his own peril and risk, but later, he was more than happy.
Currently, Nicolas Gesciere is the creative director of the Balenciaga Fashion House. It was there that he began his work as a designer of funeral clothing for the markets of Japan. But already in 1997 he took up his post and returned the fashion house to its former success and fame.
