If you are too carried away by the process, and this, believe me, tightens, then it is very likely to buy a lot of unnecessary things. Therefore, when we collect a bag in the hospital, we need a list that must be adhered to and not go to extremes.
In fact, things in the hospital are distributed over 3 bags, for each of which you need to carefully think over your list.
1 bag - documents
The smallest, but from this no less important bag in the hospital for Ukraine, includes the following documents:
- passport;
- exchange card;
- contract, if it was concluded with a specific doctor.
For Russia, the list of documents is as follows:
- the document proving the identity (passport);
- medical policy;
- exchange card;
- birth certificate;
- contract for childbirth (if any).
2 bag - for mom
This will require two different sets - directly for delivery with the necessary medicines (Ukraine) and if the woman arrives in advance, for example, to prepare for caesarean section or follow-up.
If a few days before the planned or scheduled birth, then the following things will be required:
- a set of bed linen (it depends on the requirements of the hospital);
- robe - warm for winter and light in summer;
- two pairs of slippers - washable for the shower and ordinary room for daily wear;
- nightdress;
- a few pairs of panties;
- a pair of bras;
- daily gaskets;
- accessories for shower (washcloth, soap, shampoo);
- toothbrush and paste, toilet paper;
- dishes - a plate, spoons, a fork, a small knife;
- 3 towels - for the body, hands and hygiene procedures, for dishes;
- money;
- socks (in winter);
- phone with charger;
- tablet or book.
For women in childbirth, everything will be the same as in the main list, but with some additions:
- a removable nightclub designed for feeding;
- One-time set for childbirth (shirt, cap, shoe covers, absorbent diapers);
- fabric (5-6 pieces) and the usual gaskets are the largest (2 packs);
- 5 panties conventional or disposable;
- bra pads;
- breast pump;
- knee socks for childbirth;
- pulling underwear (postpartum bandage);
- candles glycerin;
- still mineral water;
- player or tablet to be distracted during fights;
- a biscuit biscuit or something for a light snack;
- a package of medicines (the list is issued by the women's consultation after the commission in the Ukraine). In Russia, medications are not required - all necessary supplies the hospital;
- cosmetics and clothes for discharge (this can be brought by relatives immediately before discharge).
3 bag - for the kid
As in the previous case, the package for the baby consists of two parts - one contains, everything you need directly in the first days of the newborn, and the second - smart clothes on the statement. Things for the child for convenience can be placed on individual packages to use one per day.
As a rule, the time of stay in the hospital is not more than 3-5 days. But just in case, such kits need to be folded more, because there are also incidents, for example, when the baby has vomited or written on clothes. And although the swaddling time has sunk into oblivion, a few diapers will still be needed - to make a baby cot and a changing table where the child is examined.
- 4-5 diapers;
- 10 sliders on a wide elastic band;
- 10 raspashonok or bodikov for the summer;
- 5 warm top blouses for a cold period;
- 5 pairs of socks;
- 5 bonnets or caps;
- 3-5 pairs of mitten-scratches;
- Wet baby wipes (large package);
- disposable absorbent diapers (10 pcs);
- packing of diapers, at the rate of 8 pieces per day with a margin;
- cotton swabs, disks, nail scissors or nippers;
- baby cream, Bepanten, hydrogen peroxide;
- for discharge a smart suit, a blanket or an envelope, a ribbon, a hat.
