The homeland of the chalet style was the historic area of Savoy, located in the southeast of France. From this place, there are amazing views of the Alpine mountains, vineyards and stretching valleys. In such scenic conditions, chalet houses were built, which eventually became a reflection of unity with nature from the point of view of Europeans.
Here, in part, there is a country style - untreated natural materials, environmental friendliness and simplicity.
