Complex piobacteriophage is a drug whose action is based on the use of certain viruses capable of destroying pathogenic bacteria. One bacteriophage is directed to fight a certain type of microorganism. To increase the range of applications, special mixtures are created from several crops.
Liquid complex piobacteriophage
This medicine is especially resistant to bacteria. At the same time, it interacts with other cells (both human body and microflora). That is why the use of bacteriophages is considered one of the most successful and safe methods of counteracting pathogenic microorganisms. The drug is a clear liquid with a yellow shade of varying intensity - it depends on the nutrient medium. Has no bitterness.
Indications for use
Piobacteriophage complex, consisting of individual bacteriophages, is used to treat many ailments:
- inflammation of the ENT organs and respiratory tract (pleurisy, bronchitis , tonsillitis, otitis and others);
- infections that were formed as a result of mechanical damage (burn, abscess, purulent wound);
- urogenital problems (cystitis, colpitis);
- infections of the digestive tract;
- generalized septic diseases.
In addition, the drug is perfectly suitable for the treatment of postoperative wounds as a preventive measure.
The medicine is applied depending on the nature of the infection:
- In the form of lotions and tampons wetted with phage. The amount depends on the size of the area affected. In the case of abscess, the agent is injected directly into the hearth after purging it of pus. The amount of the drug should be less than the previously removed liquid.
- Introduction to the pleural cavity, articular and others. The medicine is injected to 100 ml, after which drainage is established. After some time the procedure is repeated.
- With urethritis and cystitis, the pyobacteriophage is applied internally.
- With gynecological ailments the drug is injected into the cavity of the organ by means of a syringe in the amount of 10 ml every day.
- In case of sore throat, servitor or olfactory organs, the drug is dosed from two to ten milliliters three times a day. In addition, it is suitable for creating solutions for rinsing, rinsing.
- In case of problems with the intestines and with dysbiosis, the phage is applied through the mouth and through an enema.
- Successfully established a piobacteriophage complex for the treatment of wounds in cancer patients at different stages of cancer. Therapy is prescribed individually for each patient. Some experts even believe that in the future, applying this drug in conjunction with others, it will be possible to treat tumors.
Contraindications and side effects
During the study of the drug, it was not possible to identify any contraindications. The only thing that can affect - the individual intolerance of the drug, which manifests itself in all different ways: fever, redness, itching.
Side effects to date have not been noticed.

It is not recommended to take a complex piobacteriophage after the expiration date, since its effectiveness significantly decreases.
