The model, after naming the name of its offender, wrote on her Twitter:

Details of the incident
On Wednesday Upton, who until 2011 cooperated with Guess, gave an interview to TIME magazine, telling her the truth. She said that Marciano began to harass her in 2010, when she was 18 years old.
Immediately after the start of her shooting for the Guess Lingerie campaign, the Moroccan fashion designer gave her a meeting in her room, which she came with photographer Yu Tsai. After Marciano continued his harassment, grabbing Upton for hips and hands, asking the photographer to retire. SMS, with entreaty not to leave, did not help, and she remained alone with the aggressive boss.
General Director Guess grabbed her neck to immobilize, and began to kiss her face and neck. But she only squeezed her lips harder, afraid that if she uttered a word, her tongue would be in her mouth. Upton did not dare hit the influential offender and just ran away.
Denial of statements
In response, Marciano, who recently flaunted a new Guess ad campaign with Jennifer Lopez, denies all charges against Upton. He claims that he never stayed with the tete-a-tete model and did not touch it improperly. Chief Guess called for an impartial investigation into him, hoping to whitewash his reputation.
