  3. Hotel Reina Victoria . The oldest hotel, Valparaiso, was built over 100 years ago, in 1902, by the design of the renowned Chilean architect Stephen O. Harrington. Initially, the hotel was called Hotel Inglés, but eventually it was renamed and named in honor of Queen Victoria.
