Studio or home?

At the venue, photo sessions can be studio, home or away. Types of photo sessions in the studio, in turn, are divided into professional portfolio and personal. Professional ones involve shooting models for agencies and advertising, personal ones include such types of studio photo sessions as family photos, photoshoots of pregnant women, children, paired and wedding. It can be a theatrical shooting using costumes and decorations or a photoset with a minimal set of additional accessories.

Types of photo sessions at home also vary in variety. This can be a photo with the use of interior items, various accessories, animals, a photo session of a home holiday or a story shot. There are many types of photo sessions depending on the venue, destination and other factors.

Postures

A successful snapshot depends largely on the posture. A professional photographer will tell you what position to take in this or that case. All postures for photography can be divided into dynamic (shooting in motion) and static. There are several types of poses for a photo session: sitting, lying, reclining and standing. In many ways, the choice of the pose is determined by the type of photo session. If a pair photo session is supposed, then special attention is paid not only to the posture, but also to the views.

When shooting it is important to follow certain rules. If you do not expect special deflections of the back, waist, then you need to carefully monitor your posture. Static posts and other interior items are often used for static postures. You can lean on it or just sit down. For example, if the hands and feet are positioned directly in relation to the lens, they are visually shortened.
