Master class for assembling the sofa with your own hands

1. For work we need the following materials: plywood 15 mm and 5 mm thick, 30x30 and 30x50 mm beams, 20x40 mm rails, 100 mm thick foam rubber (for the seat can be recruited from several thin layers) and 20 mm (on the armrests and back). 2. This most important part of the design we have a square shape and consists of front and sides of thick plywood, and back - of the timber. 4. We cut out with a jigsaw plywood 2 mm sidewall.
5. Try to fit the details as accurately as possible to get four identical blanks.
6. We begin to collect sidewalls using curly sides, beams and rectangular details from plywood.
7. Fastening is better to carry out self-tapping, preliminary having greased preparations in this place joiner's glue.
8. The assembled sidewall is screwed to the main frame.

10. Then we join the workpieces with a beam and racks with each other, strengthening the structure.
