The easiest recipe for puff yeast dough at home
Ingredients:
- wheat flour - 700 g;
- drinking water - 90 ml;
- milk - 120 ml;
- dry yeast - 6 g;
- butter - 340 g;
- sugar - 1 dessert spoon;
- fine salt - 1 teaspoon;
- chicken egg - 1 pc.
Preparation
Dilute warm milk with warm water and sprinkle fresh dry yeast along with sugar. Slightly mix everything and put in a warm place for about fifteen minutes. With the addition of salt, chicken egg is added and introduced into a container with dissolved yeast.
From the freezer we take out the butter, divide it in half and sprinkle one of the flour with the grater, after which it is later wiped, and then mixed with wheat flour. The flour, with a uniform distribution of oil on it, we gradually intervene in a bowl of liquid ingredients until we get a dense dough. Now put the remaining piece of oil in a tight bag and break it into a flat plate with a hammer. Roll out the dough at ten millimeters thick, at one end of this test put the plate of oil, close it with the second edge of the dough and roll out the dough into the same diameter as it was before adding oil to it. We collect the dough, as if we are laying a towel and, placing it in a food bag, we send it to the freezer for at least half an hour.
Recipe for the most successful yeast puff pastry dough
Ingredients:
- flour (the highest grade) - 550 g;
- warm water - 180 ml;
- yeast - 35 g;
- egg of chicken - 1 piece;
- kitchen salt - 1 pinch;
- fine sugar - 2 tsp;
- butter - 140 g;
- creamy margarine - 140 g.
