These ingredients are enough to make two servings of a great salad.

In a deep saucepan, melt the pork fat, and along with it we heat the sunflower oil. We spread into this mixture the onions cut into half rings. After he becomes soft, add a thick straw of juicy Bulgarian pepper to it and continue to fry the vegetables for about 3 minutes. Fleshy tomatoes blanch a couple of minutes in regular boiling water, after we remove from them easily lagging peel and cut the fruits into cubes. We put them into the container of a saucepan and together with tomatoes we introduce sugar sand, fragrant black pepper, salt into our lecho. Cover the sauté pan with a lid and, reducing the fire to a minimum, let the lecho be extinguished for about 15 minutes. Then cut off the small chili peduncle, insert it into the dish and continue to cook for about 5 minutes.
