Located in Germany in the city of Rust, Europe Park (Europa-park) is one of the most famous amusement parks in Europe. The first thematic zone dedicated to Italy, appeared here in 1982, and since that time the list of regions represented in the park is constantly replenished. For today there are separate zones of 12 countries of the European Union and Russia.
Each zone shows the country as if from a familiar side, but at the same time you expect a pleasant surprise. This was done intentionally, so that the visitors of the park had the impression that they had visited and got acquainted with several countries at once. Also, in addition to the marked thematic zones, there are "Country of Adventures", "Children's World" and "Fairy Forest of Grimm".

The park also offers visitors to watch different shows, for children there is a children's and puppet theaters. Every day there are colorful costumed parades. 4D movie theater, depending on the theme of the day shows 15 minutes of movies with special effects. About 50 souvenir shops offer to buy souvenirs for memory.
On the territory of the park, conferences and festivals are held constantly, telecasts are regularly made here.
In winter, the Europe park in Germany was first opened only in December 2001, and in the winter of 2012 it was visited by about 500 thousand people. For this period the park is changing: there are Christmas decorations and a Christmas market, a specially built Ferris wheel, a skating rink and much more.
Every day the park receives about 50 thousand visitors, for accommodation of which the so-called Evropa-Park Resort is built, which combines five hotels, a guest house located near the main entrance to the park, and campsites. The first hotel appeared here only in 1995, it was given 4 *, and it has 182 luxury rooms.

- for 1 day for children 4-11 years old - 36 euros, for adults - 41 euros;
- for 2 days for children 4-11 years old - 68 euros, for adults - 77 euros.
How to get to Europe Park in Germany?
The city of Rust, where Europe Park is located, is located 40 km from Freiburg, near the place where Germany, France and Switzerland are bordered. In 80 km there is a German resort Baden-Baden , in 60 km - the airport in Strasbourg, in 183 km - the airport of Zurich, in 240 km - the airport of Frankfurt and in 380 km - Munich.
