So, we clean the goose, cut off the extra fat, neck and wings. Then prepare the bird to rub it with spices, ground coriander and remove for a day marinate in the refrigerator. From an orange we remove zest, we rub on the grond and connect it with 100 milliliters of red wine. With the mixture obtained, we smear our goose and again we remove the hour by 3 in the refrigerator.

Prunes are washed, soaked in the remaining red wine, and apples are washed, cleaned and sliced. Now we fill the bird with prunes and apples, we puncture the skin with toothpicks and put it on a baking tray smeared with oil. We send the dish to the oven and bake it for 15 minutes at a temperature of 250 degrees, and then reduce it to 150 degrees. Cooking for 2,5 hours, periodically moistening the goose with the allocated juice. For 20 minutes before the end we will smear it with liquid honey.

Carcase washed, dry well and cut off the excess fat and wings with a knife. Accurately turn the peel around the neck and fix it with toothpicks. The inside is rubbed with spices , marjoram, chopped garlic, wrap it in a food bag and put it in the refrigerator.

Now let's prepare the filling: we wash the apples, take out the core and cut them into large cubes. Prunes fill in 15 minutes with hot water, and then dry and cut in half. We connect the two components in one container, mix it with hands and stuff the goose with fruits. We fasten the abdomen with toothpicks, spread the bird with olive oil and wrap it in foil. We put it in the form, pour in the hot broth and place the goose with prunes and apples in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. Bake the dish for about an hour, and then remove the foil and serve.
