Hydroperite for hair removal

Removing or at least discoloring unwanted vegetation is an urgent issue for any woman. Fortunately, modern cosmetology offers many different ways to solve the problem. But often the old "grandmother's" means come to the rescue. One of such folk methods for bleaching hair is the use of hydroperite.

Hydroperitum is a medical product whose tablets can be purchased at any pharmacy. It is a compound of urea (carbamide) and hydrogen peroxide. As you know, hydrogen peroxide destroys the pigment contained in the hair, causing their discoloration, and urea facilitates this process.

Hydroperite for hair removal

For hair removal, it is usually recommended to use 15% hydroperitol solution. To do this, 3 crushed tablets are diluted in 10 ml of water and 10 drops of ammonia are added, after which they are applied to the desired areas of the skin. When the formulation dries, repeat the procedure. The effect of this tool is not instantaneous, and, most likely, it will have to be used again with intervals of 1-2 days until the desired result is achieved. But even if the hair can not be removed completely, they will become discolored and become almost invisible. But you should be careful, since this product can dry and irritate the skin.

How to lighten hair with hydroperite?

To lighten hair with the help of hydroperite, use its solution at a concentration of up to 15%.

  1. Hydrerite for lightening the hair on the face. Usually a 15% solution is used, in which wheat flour is added for thickening. Apply it to problem areas for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Hair dyeing with hydroperitis. Sometimes hydroperite is used not only to combat unwanted vegetation, but also as a means by which you can dye your hair. To do this, 2 tablets of hydroperite are ground, 2 ml of 10% ammonia solution is added, mixed with a small amount of shampoo and applied to damp hair for 3-5 minutes, then rinsed off with warm water. It should be noted that in this case the desired shade is not always obtained from the first time and the hair can turn yellow.

When using hydroperitol for hair discoloration, it should be remembered that we are dealing with hydrogen peroxide, which in serious concentration and with frequent use seriously damages the hair. Therefore, if you apply this method for dyeing hair on your head, you need to be very careful. In addition, the method is not suitable for lightening the hair over the upper lip , since the skin in this place is very sensitive and you can get a serious irritation, with the hair most often not completely discolored, but simply yellow.
