Insoles for sandals

The summer season automatically excludes wearing socks and stockings, which is marked by the appearance of painful and horrible corns. Especially when a new pair of shoes is bought. But the solution to this problem was the use of insoles for sandals, which even in the most active hot day will warn the appearance of this unpleasant phenomenon.

A variety of insoles

All the charm is that it is very easy to choose such a device. In addition, such insoles will be invisible even in the most open sandals. There are several types:

  1. Silicone insole for sandals on an adhesive basis. This is the most ideal option for open shoes. They reduce the load on the front of the foot and on the spine, which is especially important during the long wearing of high heels . This type of insoles protects against the appearance of calluses and corns, which cause pain and discomfort. There is also a model with a cooling effect. Silicone insoles filled with gel will become a real rescue on a hot day and will quickly remove swelling or fatigue after a long load. Before use, they should be put in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Anti-slip insole for sandals. In hot weather, you do not need to experience any inconvenience due to, for example, sweating of feet and slipping in shoes. And in sandals this happens quite often. The ribbed surface is such a shock absorber, which does not allow the foot to move down.
  3. Gel insoles for sandals. They have the same protective functions as the silicone model. Protect from the appearance of corns and smoothly distribute the load throughout the foot. Thanks to a soft gel, which has an original design in the form of bee honeycombs, the feet are cozy and comfortable.
  4. Orthopedic insoles for sandals. Doctors believe that wearing uncomfortable shoes leads to various diseases of the legs and spine. And to avoid these unpleasant consequences, they recommend using orthopedic insoles. And since in sandals often the legs get tired quickly, this model will help to correct the situation and prevent the appearance of pain in the joints. However, for open shoes it is necessary to choose shortened products.

In spite of the fact that there are different versions of insoles, nevertheless for sandals it is necessary to choose models with an adhesive basis or so-called half-wool. Selecting another product, it should be glued to the shoes. Otherwise, when walking, the insoles will move out and protrude beyond the shoe.
