Isoket Spray

5. It is required to close your mouth and 30 seconds to breathe through your nose.

Attention! With a fit of angina or a suspected acute infarction, the doctor may increase the recommended dose of the drug 2 - 3 times. If the patient does not improve, the procedure can be repeated after 5 minutes.

Contraindications to the use of the spray Isoket

• acute vascular insufficiency;

• closed-angle variety of glaucoma;
• cardiogenic shock;
• hyperthyroidism;
• deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase;
• excessive sensitivity to the components of the drug, primarily to isosorbide nitrate.

With caution, aerosol should be used for functional disorders of the kidneys and liver. It is undesirable to use Isoket in the therapy of children and adolescents under 18 due to insufficient knowledge of the safety of the drug for a growing organism. Do not use Isoket Spray simultaneously with phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors (Sildenafil and the like). During pregnancy and lactation, the drug can be prescribed only in cases where the potential benefit to the woman from its use exceeds the risk for the health of the fetus or the child.
