The city of Beppu , located on the island of Kyushu in Japan , is world famous for its hot springs . Steam and hot water burst into each slot.   3. The head of a monk (Oniishibozu Jigoku). This is the hottest source, the temperature in it is even higher than in the Sea of ​​Hell. It is a boiling gray mud with large bubbles, hence the name. The kind of bubbles resembles the bald skull of a Buddhist monk. Here, too, there is a foot bath (onsen).
  4. White hell (Shiraike Jigoku Hell). Its name came from the color of water, similar to milk, because of the high content of calcium in it. Around this pond is particularly lush vegetation, and visitors can get a first idea of ​​the Japanese garden. There is a small aquarium with tropical fish, which is heated by water from the pool.
  5. The Inferno Mountain (Yama Jigoku). Here is a real zoo. For a dollar, you can buy food and treat animals. In the zoo live monkeys, flamingos, hippopotamus, rabbits and elephants, but the conditions of their life are deplorable.
