As we have already said, in adults, the disease is most often recurrent. As a rule, the disease is not dangerous, but in rare cases there can be a degeneration of a benign tumor into a malignant one, so people with a diagnosis of recurrent laryngeal papillomatosis are recommended to undergo a physician examination at least every three months.
