Rare kiss in public: Donald and Melania Trump flew to South Korea

A tour of the Asian countries of the US presidential couple continues. Enjoying the hospitality of the Japanese people, today Donald and Melania Trump arrived in South Korea. As always, all the cameras of reporters were directed toward the guests, and they, or rather Melania, were able to surprise the audience in earnest.

Mrs. Trump did not hide her feelings for her husband

The plane on which Donald and Melania were located, landed in Osana at a naval base, which is an hour's drive from Seoul. Appearing on the ladder of the liner, the couple Trump smiled sweetly, holding hands and waving to all those gathered. President of the Republic Mun Zhe Ying and his wife Kim Jonsuk arrived to meet Donald and Melania. In history, this is the first time that the head of South Korea personally meets the guests, and does not wait for them at the official reception at his residence of the Blue House (Cheonwade).

As soon as the couple Trump lined up for the photo session, Melania turned to Donald and kissed him on the lips. Of course, this gesture of tenderness did not go beyond the protocol, but struck Koreans with very restrained emotions to the core. After the photo session and the exchange of courtesies were over, the heads of state and their wives went to dinner, where the military was also present.

And now I want to say a few words about the outfits of the first ladies of South Korea and the United States. Let's start, perhaps, with the latter. Melania appeared before the public in a smart light plum coat. The product was of a very unusual cut: to the fitted shortened bodice, three-dimensional sleeves were sewn, which were laid with interesting warehouses, the skirt had a "half-sunny" style, and the coat was fastened with a short zipper that was sewn on the side. To this, alongside Mrs. Trump wore bright blue high-heeled shoes and a few discreet diamond jewelery. Melania's hair was like a pony tail, carelessly assembled on the back of the head, and the make-up was done in a natural color scheme.

Kim Jonsuk chose not so extravagant outfit for the meeting of honorary guests. The woman for the event put on a straightforward dress of a direct silhouette, in tone to him a light cream-colored coat without any excesses and light shoes on a steady heel in the tone of the ensemble.

Treats from the First Lady of South Korea

While Donald Trump and Mun Zhe Ying were solving state issues, their wives decided to stroll through the residence park and chat with local schoolchildren. Quite soon, the presidents of the United States and South Korea arrived in the Blue House, where their wives soon came to take part in the tea ceremony.

To the fragrant drink, consisting of black tea, leaves of hydrangeas and herbs, a very delicious dessert was served: a dried persimmon filled with chopped nuts and poured with chocolate. As told in the press service of South Korea, this treat was prepared personally by Kim Jonsuk, who is very fond of cooking. She independently chose the fruits in the garden of the residence, then 2 weeks passed them under the sun, and before the reception she finished the preparation of dessert. The most interesting is that the dried persimmon in South Korea is a very common sweet, but it is never served with nuts and chocolate. Such a presentation was specially made for Melania and Donald Trump, who love traditional European cuisine.
