The year did not ask: how the guardsman and the media almost "killed" Queen Elizabeth II

A few days ago a whole information storm swept through the Russian press. On many news sites there were notes that the Queen of Great Britain Elizabeth II ... died.

Allegedly, on the official website of the British ruling dynasty www.royal.uk a message appeared on behalf of Prince Charles, which was soon removed. This news and managed to reprint numerous domestic electronic media. Enclosed screenshot of the news:

"Queen Elizabeth II died in her residence, in the Sandringham Palace, in a dream this morning."

To this message one more was added, from the press secretary of Her Majesty, duplicating its content. After the disappearance of the news, none of the members of the royal environment commented on this issue. Intrigue, is not it?

Disease of the royal couple

The fact that this information looks quite reliable is not surprising. As is known, this winter the Queen and her husband Prince Philip suffered a severe cold (according to some versions - the flu). Because of poor health, 90-year-old Elizabeth II was forced to go to her residence on Christmas Eve by helicopter. Moreover, she did not appear at the Christmas church service. This is an unprecedented case, since during all the years of government Her Majesty did not miss a single service, regardless of weather conditions and health conditions.

Her Majesty's subjects were already very worried about her health at that time. However, on January 8, she nevertheless appeared in the church service in the church of St. Mary Magdalene in the village of Sandringham.

Elizabeth II was accompanied by her husband and grandson-Prince William and his wife, the duchess of Cambridge, Catherine Middleton. On the web there were photos from this event, they clearly show that the queen is in good health and an excellent mood.

Sacrifice victim

January 5 in British newspapers appeared shocking news. It turned out that the night before, one of the queen's guards, who carried guard at her residence in Buckingham Palace, almost shot her Majesty!

Queen Elizabeth II, suffering from insomnia, went for a walk in the garden. The guard about 3 o'clock in the morning noticed a figure stalking in the dark, and, of course, did not recognize in it a crowned person. He acted according to the protocol, shouted: "Who goes?".

Recognizing his queen, the soldier in his heart cried out: "Damn it, Your Majesty, I could shoot you!"

Surprisingly, Elizabeth II was not angry at the impudence of her subject, and responded with a touch of humor, they say, the next time she wants to walk through the garden in the night, she will certainly warn the zealous guard.
