  1. First day . In addition to the soup, fruits, any, except bananas and grapes are allowed. Especially desirable are melons and watermelons. In addition, it is worth to drink plenty of water (about 1.5 liters), as well as fruit drinks and compotes.
  2. The second day . In addition to the soup, vegetables are allowed - fresh, steam, grilled, canned. You can eat any leafy greens. The exception is peas, corn and beans. At dinner you can eat that very unique potato with butter.
  3. The third day . In addition to the soup, fruits and vegetables are allowed. All except all exceptions are allowed, to which potatoes are added. Drink water regularly, drinking up to 1.5 liters a day.
  4. Day four . In addition to the soup, fruits and vegetables are allowed, including bananas and milk. Water should also be drunk abundantly, 1.5-2 liters per day. Only bananas are restricted - there can be no more than three.
  5. Day five . In addition to soup, beef and tomatoes are allowed. You can eat two full portions of beef and an unlimited number of tomatoes. At least 1-2 times necessary eat soup.
  6. The sixth day . In addition to soup, beef and vegetables are allowed, both conventional and leafy. At least once you need to eat soup.
  7. The seventh day . In addition to the soup, brown rice, juice and vegetables are allowed. Today is the last day when you should eat at least one bowl of soup. The rest form at will.
