Zun Valley


Belgium is an amazing country, and it impresses not only with numerous sights , unique buildings, monuments of history and architecture, but also with its nature. One of these "green corners" of Belgium is the Zun valley.

What is interesting about the park?

Zun Valley is located on the territory of the commune St. Peters-Leuve (province of Flemish Brabant) reserve. It belongs to the natural region of Paiottenand and is conditionally divided into 3 parts: Old Zun, Wolzembruk and Baesberg, the total area of ​​which exceeds 14 hectares. The old Zun is a huge green meadow, Wolzembruk is a lowland, which birds like snipe, broad-leaved, wild geese, waders and many others have chosen for nesting. Baesberg - a steep hill with groves and springs, towering 100 meters above sea level.

In the Zun valley there are a lot of birds, insects and plants. That is why many scientists come here every year, as well as ordinary people and wildlife lovers.
