As soon as the juice boils, we reduce the fire to an average and boil the spices under the lid for 7-8 minutes. Now juice should be filtered and slightly cooled, so that when adding alcohol, it does not evaporate.

That's true, butter can be added to a hot drink - it will noticeably soften the taste. In slightly cooled apple juice, add vermouth and brandy, mix and pour the drink into a serving glass.

Ready grog can be decorated with a stick of cinnamon, apple slice, lemon zest, or whipped egg whites.
