What could be better in the early morning of a summer day off than a slice of a delicious, fragrant, tender pie! To make the dish also useful, we prepare a curd and berry cake for breakfast.
Shortcake cake
The simplest option is a sand pie with curd and berry stuffing. This is a kind of basket full of delicious, cream cheese and juicy berries.
Ingredients:
- soft berries (raspberry, strawberry, mulberry, white currant ) - 1.5 cups;
- cottage cheese soft , without grains - 230-250 g;
- sugar white, peeled, preferably domestic - 1-2 cups (depends on how sweet the berries are);
- Vanilla sugar or vanillin - 1 packet;
- starch quality potato - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- sour cream 20% fat content or more - 150 g;
- oil "Farmer" or margarine - 100 g;
- sour cream with fat content not exceeding 15% - 150 g;
- soda food not quenched - ½ tsp;
- quality wheat (only in / with) flour - 250-270 g;
Preparation
Flour soda sift a couple of times a slide on the work surface. In high capacity mix softened oil, 15% sour cream, 2-3 tbsp. spoons of sugar. This mixture is poured into the flour and very quickly knead the dough. While it is resting in the refrigerator, we will prepare two fillings. For the berry we will rinse our berries, when the water drains, we rub them with sugar and half starch. You can make a cake with a cherry or cherry, but then you have to wipe through the sieve mass to separate the skin. For curd filling in a blender, whisk cottage cheese with sour cream, vanillin, sugar, remaining starch. We collect the pie. In a greased form, put the dough and stretch it with your hands, forming a basket. In it we pour out both fillings - berries on top of cottage cheese, we bend the side and send the oven, after having exposed the oven to 200 degrees. After a little more than 20 minutes, the cake is ready. Cool down - you can take it out and cut it.
Berry Temptation
Pie "Berry temptation" with curd and berry filling will become a real decoration of the festive table, and it is even easier to prepare.
Ingredients:
- a large chicken egg (only yolks will be needed) - 5 pcs .;
- white sugar domestic - 1 cup + 3 tbsp. spoons;
- iodized salt - 1 pinch;
- oil "Peasant" soft - ½ standard pack (125 g);
- soda, extinguished in 6% vinegar - 1/3 tsp.
- quality wheat flour - 1 glass;
- berries any without twigs, bones, can be thawed - 1 glass;
- quality potato starch - about 2 tbsp. spoons without a slide;
- sour cream not less than 20% fat content - 150-200 g;
- cottage cheese fresh without a smell - 250 g.
Preparation
Very tasty is obtained with this recipe curd and berry pie with black currant, raspberries or strawberries and blackberries. Soft butter is mixed with 2 yolks, 3 tablespoons of sugar, hydrated soda and a pinch of salt. Gradually mix the flour and very quickly mix everything into the dough - soft and slightly sticky.
