Curd and berry pie

What could be better in the early morning of a summer day off than a slice of a delicious, fragrant, tender pie! To make the dish also useful, we prepare a curd and berry cake for breakfast.

The simplest option is a sand pie with curd and berry stuffing. This is a kind of basket full of delicious, cream cheese and juicy berries.

Flour soda sift a couple of times a slide on the work surface. In high capacity mix softened oil, 15% sour cream, 2-3 tbsp. spoons of sugar. This mixture is poured into the flour and very quickly knead the dough. While it is resting in the refrigerator, we will prepare two fillings. For the berry we will rinse our berries, when the water drains, we rub them with sugar and half starch. You can make a cake with a cherry or cherry, but then you have to wipe through the sieve mass to separate the skin. For curd filling in a blender, whisk cottage cheese with sour cream, vanillin, sugar, remaining starch. We collect the pie. In a greased form, put the dough and stretch it with your hands, forming a basket. In it we pour out both fillings - berries on top of cottage cheese, we bend the side and send the oven, after having exposed the oven to 200 degrees. After a little more than 20 minutes, the cake is ready. Cool down - you can take it out and cut it.

Berry Temptation

Pie "Berry temptation" with curd and berry filling will become a real decoration of the festive table, and it is even easier to prepare.

Very tasty is obtained with this recipe curd and berry pie with black currant, raspberries or strawberries and blackberries. Soft butter is mixed with 2 yolks, 3 tablespoons of sugar, hydrated soda and a pinch of salt. Gradually mix the flour and very quickly mix everything into the dough - soft and slightly sticky. While it cools down (we wrap in a film and put in the refrigerator), we prepare the filling. In a blender we mix cottage cheese, sour cream, remaining yolks, sugar. The mass will be liquid - this is normal. The washed berries should be properly crumbled in starch and added to the curd mass. From the dough form the substrate with a high border, pour the filling and bake. At 200 degrees, it takes a little more than half an hour.

You can bake a curd and berry pie in a multivark, however, different models require a very different approach, and in some, the pie will simply not be baked. If you want to use modern technology, carefully read the instructions - it usually indicates which dishes and how to cook.
