After a few days, carefully squeeze the fruit pulp through several layers of dense gauze. Fruit juice gently pour into clean jars and put on top of a disposable rubber glove, puncture in one of the fingers a small hole. Now we remove the cans of cider in the cellar for about 2 months, and when the fermentation is completely over, we drain the beverage from the sediment, filter it and bottled it right up to the very neck. Close tightly and store apple cider in the refrigerator. Remember - the longer the drink stands, the more rich and tastier it will turn out.

Cover the banks with a blanket and clean for a week in a warm place. As soon as the fermentation process is completed, filter the drink several times through the gauze and pour the cider into glass bottles.
