Ingredients:
- sea-buckthorn - 1 kg;
- apples - 500 g;
- sugar - 300 g;
- water 750 ml.
Preparation
Wash the apples into slices and dip them into boiling water for 3 minutes, then remove and cool. We put them in jars and pour the berries of sea-buckthorn. We prepare the syrup: pour sugar into the water, mix and boil for about 5 minutes. Then, with the syrup obtained, pour apples with sea-buckthorn and cover the jars with covers. Sterilize for 15 minutes and then roll. We turn the cans with compote, cover it with something warm and leave it to cool.
