Mulled wine with fruit

If you want the mulled wine not to have a strong hops effect, then dilute the wine with fruits and berry juices, as decided in the following recipe. Not only will the juice reduce the alcohol content in the drink, it will also make it more tasty and fragrant. Turn the device on the "Heating" mode and pour the red wine into the bowl. Then add both types of juice and honey, mix and wait for the liquids to warm up. Add the spices and one orange, pre-cut the last slices. Leave the mulled wine with juice and fruit to languish with spices for about an hour, then pour it over glasses or cups and serve with slices of the remaining orange.

There is another way of cooking mulled wine with the "Quenching" mode, thanks to which the drink is prepared a little faster, however, it should be borne in mind that with intense boiling, most of the alcohol evaporates, which becomes a drawback if you want to make an alcoholic version of mulled wine.

Pour the wine into the bowl, heated in the "Quenching" mode. Next, pour in the sugar and stir everything until the crystals dissolve. Remove the zest from the citrus fruit and add to the drink 3 pieces. Now it is the turn of spices, cloves, muscat, anise (he's badyon) and ginger are sent to the bowl. After 40 minutes you can start tasting.

If you do not know how to brew non-alcoholic mulled wine with fruit in a multivark, then simply replace the wine with any berry juice, preferably with sourness, for example cranberry. The amount of sugar in this case will have to be adjusted to taste.
