All kinds of crafts made of beads - one of the oldest jewelry. The first products have reached us since the days of Ancient Egypt - at the same time, when people learned to make glass, there were also large beads drilled through and through. Of these, as now, they wove necklaces, expanded the garments of noble masters. Subsequently, the masters began to try and master new possibilities for using beads - patterns and patterns appeared. They combined them with precious and semiprecious stones, framed with metal. Soon the beads turned out to be so popular and sought-after material that it went to export to other countries.
In medieval Europe, the plait of beads was not the same as now. At first, flat long ribbons were produced, which were then sewn together. Today, this technique has almost disappeared - all the plaits are woven with one thread or a line.
Types of harnesses from beads
- Classic harness . He has the simplest and most common weaving. It is a hollow, soft, flexible tube made of beads. Classic harnesses can be of completely different colors and thickness. Everything depends on the mood and feeling of the master or customer.
- Openwork harness . As you might guess from the name, these strands are weaved not close, but have gaps, due to which all of the product is more easy and weightless. Accordingly, openwork tourniquet from beads is softer and more flexible than usual.
- Square tourniquet . This form looks very original. Weaving is complex, therefore the price for such products can be much higher. By itself, a simple square bundle is used very little. Usually it is made of a complex design necklace, with patterns and inserts made of natural stones.
- Twisted tourniquet (also spiral) . This weaving is the most beautiful. Not only that the form of the product is very original, the masters also perform it in different contrasting colors. But this is not enough - from twisted bundles, as well as from square, three-dimensional beautiful necklaces are woven. The shape of the spiral is combined with an openwork weave for a more original appearance. Twist may be strong, but can be soft, "sloping".
- Shaggy tourniquet . This product looks very complex, volumetric, and it's easier than anyone else to spin. By the name it is clear that the tourniquet is not smooth, but as if fluffy. It looks great product, which is involved beads of different shapes and sizes, or it is combined with various other accessories - leaves, beads, small flowers. In this weaving, a voluminous bead of beads is often performed.
- Turkish harness . Unlike the others, it is made with the help of a hook. It certainly consists of beads and beads of different sizes.

Bracelet-plait of beads . It can be single - that is, from one short bundle, or wrap around the arm several times - if the tourniquet is long. Interesting and original look bracelets from several bundles, twisted together or braided in a braid. Often decorated with pendants.
Necklace-tourniquet from beads . Single harness around his neck in common with grzywna, but colorful and bright multi-level necklace send us already to luxury models with precious stones. Necklaces of beads continue the theme of three-dimensional ornaments - massive stones are inserted in them, and their width reaches 10 cm.
