Cubes of Nikitin

Among the many methods of early development of the child is not difficult to get lost. All of them perfectly allow to comprehensively open the internal hidden reserves of a small researcher. Account, reading, memorizing letters and geographical names, it is very good and useful. But still, psychologists are sure that it is the development of the intellect of a small child that will enable him in the future to obtain excellent knowledge in all subjects.

Nikitin's method includes logical cubes, and it was developed back in the 80's, although it did not get widely spread at first. Now this method, simple at first glance, has become very popular.

It is not necessary to buy the original developing cubes of Nikitin and pay a lot of money, because they can be made by yourself. This method will require a minimum investment of funds and only one evening of free time. So, let's get started!

Nikitin's cubes with his own hands: a master class

  1. To begin with, we need the basic workpiece, with which we will work - a cube. Or rather, not one, but sixteen pieces, as required by the technique of this lesson. You can take any wooden cubes - old ones with tattered pictures, or buy new ones, in any case it will be cheaper than buying finished material. And, of course, you can not do without colored paper or cardboard, glue, scissors, ruler and pencil. Carefully measure the cube and make the appropriate paper squares and triangles.
  2. For standard small cubes (with a side of 4 centimeters), you need four sheets of paper or paperboard. Of these, 16 squares of red and the same blue color will appear, with 32 yellow and white squares. Separately, you need to make eight blanks (red and blue) in order to cut them diagonally to get triangles. A small trick - to ensure that the edges of colored paper do not bulge and do not come off during operation, the side of the workpiece should be 1-2 mm smaller than the side of the cube.
  3. Gluing carefully all sides, we get this developing game. It is worth noting that the cardboard is much worse than paper - it always tries to get unstuck, and therefore each side should be carefully pressed until it dries. With paper, things are a little easier, but it is less durable. In no case do you need to take plastic cubes, because they are very poorly in contact with the glue and the colored sides are quickly peeled off.
  4. So that the child does not get bored while his mother is busy, he can also be entrusted with a responsible job - gluing excess cubes with paper scraps. And that's the result you can get.
  5. If the pope has the opportunity to file new wood cubes from wood, then such material will be doubly valuable. Beech, birch and pine are perfect for this purpose, but do not forget to walk along the sides and sides of small nazhdachkoy. Following this simple scheme, glue the edges, as shown in the figure, bypassing the white color, because the color of the tree can quite replace it.

Another way, which will take even less time - is gluing the edges with film on an adhesive basis. It is sold in economic and construction stores. It will take quite a bit of material, and if it is at your fingertips, it's wonderful, although anyone can buy it.

Do not forget about the schemes by which the child will learn to collect the pattern. You can also draw them yourself using white cardboard.

How to collect a Nikitin cube?

Everything is very simple! Or you use schemes already invented by the author that go from the simplest (for kids) to more complex ones (for schoolchildren), or we give ourselves to the child's fantasies, because in this technique there are elements of a creative task.
