Crafting a paper fish with your own hands

For the production of paper fish we will need:

The order of making paper fish:

  1. Take the paper of the right colors and cut out the details for the three fish.
  2. From the yellow paper, we cut out three strips for the trunk 2 x 13 cm in size and three strips for the inner parts of the trunk 2 x 18 cm in size.
  3. From orange paper, we cut out six strips measuring 2 x 7 cm for the tails of fish (two strips for the tail of each fish).
  4. From red paper, we cut out six strips measuring 1 x 5 cm. We need them to make the mouths of fish.
  5. For fins, you need to cut strips of green paper. Three strips measuring 1 x 5 cm, three strips measuring 1 x 4 cm and three strips measuring 1 x 3 cm.
  6. For the eyes, you need to cut out six circles of 1 cm in diameter from white paper, and inside each circle a black handle draws a pupil.
  7. Each part of the trunk will be folded twice and we glue the ends together to form figures resembling a drop in shape.
  8. Orange details, which we cut out for the tail, also glue together to form drop-shaped figures.
  9. To each detail of the trunk we glue two details of the tail.
  10. On the inner parts of the trunk, wrap the ends and glue them.
  11. Each internal part is rolled into a free roll and glued together. The size of each roll should be such that it freely fits inside the trunk of the fish.
  12. We paste in the trunk of each fish prepared internal part.
  13. Now turn the red tubes into tight tubes and glue them together.
  14. From the front to the head of each fish we glue two red tubes - these will be the mouths.
  15. Green stripes, too, turn into dense tubes and glue.
  16. To the back of each fish we glue three green tubes - this will be the fins.
  17. To each fish on the sides of the body we glue the eyes.
  18. Paper fishes are ready. They can be mounted on the ceiling or wall, suspended with thread, and can be used to create three-dimensional images.
