No need to prepare the cod before cooking the broth, since the tail has already been previously cleaned by the seller and you just have to wash the fish under cold water. Now put the tail in a saucepan and pour 1.5 liters of water. We bring the fish to a boil. Then we reduce the fire and cook the broth, with the addition of bay leaf, about 15-20 minutes. Do not forget to periodically remove foam from the surface of the broth so that it does not lose its transparency. Ready broth filter, and the fish is cooled and we separate the flesh from the bones. Onions are sliced, carrots are rubbed on a large grater. We make roast from vegetables in vegetable oil.

We return the broth to the plate and add it to the potatoes cut into small pieces. Cook the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, then add the roast, the cod flesh and spices to taste. Finished ear before serving should be brewed for about 20-30 minutes, and then you can serve to the table, decorated with greens.

Cod soup in this recipe can be prepared in a multivariate. To do this, all the ingredients are poured into the bowl at the same time, filled with water and cooked in the "Quenching" mode for 1 hour. The fillet of my cod and cut into large cubes. From the head (without gills) and the bones of the fish, cook the broth for 15-20 minutes, not forgetting to remove the formed foam.

Put the cooked vegetables and pieces of fish on the bottom of the pan, fill them with hot broth. We put the saucepan on a small fire and cook for 10-15 minutes. In the process of preparation we add salt and pepper to taste, not too much will be a laurel leaf, or a bouquet of your favorite herbs. For 2-3 minutes before the readiness, we add to the soup slightly warmed cream and let the ear reach a weak boil. As soon as the soup begins to boil, immediately remove it from the fire, add crushed fresh herbs and cover with a lid. Before serving the ear should insist for 15-20 minutes, after which it can be proudly served to the table.
