Duck fillet dishes are prepared according to simple recipes, but require from you at least a culinary skill and an elementary knowledge of the technology of making this meat specifically. So, do not forget that the duck, being by nature a fat enough bird, always cooks on a weak or moderate fire for a long time, so that the subcutaneous fat has almost completely melted.

Preparation

You can repeat this recipe for fillet duck without skin, but we recommend leaving the skin and only slightly cut it without touching the meat so that the fat is heated faster and more evenly. Rinse the duck fillet for 5 minutes on each side, then pour in freshly squeezed juice, and when it boils, add honey and balsamic vinegar. As soon as the sauce thickens, remove the dish from the fire.

Duck fillet with apples in the oven - recipe

The ideal pair of ducklings is apples, flavored with a small amount of honey and spices. Light sweetness always perfectly harmonized with the duck pulp, and this recipe is another direct proof of this fact.

Ingredients:

Preparation

Slightly cut the peel on the duck fillet, grate it with salt and brown it on the low heat with the skin down for about 12-15 minutes. Cut the apples and add them to the frying pan with the breasts, pre-turning the meat to the other side. Sprinkle with a little oregano and cinnamon, add honey, wait for the apples to let out the juice, and then put the frying pan in the oven at 190 degrees. As part of this delicious recipe, the duck fillet should be held in the oven for about 7-10 minutes (depending on the size).

Cut the duck meat, pour it with the remaining sweetish sauce, consisting of a mixture of apple juice, honey and duck fat. Apples serve side by side, instead of garnish.
