A small oven for self catering: raw materials

To efficiently heat several rooms at once, for example, one living room of 35 sq.m and two bedrooms of 15 m & sup2, you need to think carefully about the location of the future structure. You can build it in a large room, cut the corners of the inner partitions of the bedrooms, so that three rooms will simultaneously warm up at the same time.

From a small room it looks like this:

The stove will be built of bricks . One of the main components of the design are dry pipes (as they are called by the people) or calorimeter pipes ("scientifically").

So, a few pipes, a bit of brick, mortar, patience and time - soon in your house will become warmer and cozy.

How to build a stove in the dacha with their own hands?

  1. We lay a low brick foundation. Almost immediately it will be necessary to proceed to the installation of pipes. At the point where they will be in contact with the brickwork, the wrapping with non-flammable thermal insulation is required. You can stay on the cord asbestos.
  2. Hang the "dry pipe" on the ropes, laying the brick will be much more convenient.
  3. This oven is a two-bulb type, the "dry pipes" will be installed in the lower tier.
  4. Dimensions of the furnace are almost 5x5 bricks. Exit will be done in the side, not in the back. As practice shows, overheat is overheating, small gaps are formed. To avoid this, in front of the hayloft erect a pillar of the same brick, the heat will be directed to this part.

  5. Here is a kind of half-finished oven before the hob is installed.
  6. Brick laying continues. You can see how the tops of pipes should be sealed:

  7. The lower cover is now blocked. In the lower part there is a channel of direct travel, in the upper part - a lifting channel.
  8. On the side of one of the rooms, the masonry looks like this:

The pipe itself should protrude a little, since tile laying is provided as the final finishing of the furnace.

  9. Now you have to finish the passage at the ceiling. It's very simple: on the beams we attach two layers of the LSU sheet.
  10. For fumes from smoke is 250 mm.

The furnace is ready. Now you know how to make a stove in the dacha with your own hands.

Above the roof of the pipe should be laid out of the brick facing type, so it is much more resistant to all atmospheric influences.
