One of the best ways of warming a compress at a bronchitis and an inflammation of a throat is alcohol. Thanks to its components, he copes quite quickly with the disease. It is done as follows:

  1. It is necessary to put a piece of gauze or cotton cloth in several layers.
  2. Abundantly moisten the cloth in a solution of alcohol or, if there is, in vodka.
  3. To put on the inflamed place and from above to cover with polyethylene.
  4. On the surface of the resulting compress put a thick layer of cotton wool and wrap it with a warm scarf or warm cloth.
