We peel the cleaned potatoes until they are ready, suppress with a crush, cream, salt and stir. In the resulting mashed potatoes we add the seeds of cumin and fennel, egg and sifted flour. Stir thoroughly and form from this potato dumpling test (roll balls, as well as meatballs). Cook the dumplings for 10 minutes, gently remove the noise.
