While the base is being prepared for roll, we chop cucumbers, dill greens and hard-boiled eggs. We squeeze a squid of squids slightly, and then cover with curd cheese. From above on it we spread out cucumbers, which we tint with dill. Then we again apply a layer of curd cheese and spread the crushed eggs on it. Gently fold the layer into a roll, wrap it with foil and leave it for 1 hour. Then we remove the foil, and cut the roll into slices.

Lavash leaf is smeared with a mixture of mayonnaise and ketchup, we lay out the whole omelet on top, and already on it we place squid strips in the upper part of the omelet. And on its lower part we put melted cheese, cut into strips. We did this in order for the cheese to fasten the edge of the roll. We fold the pita leaf very carefully, starting from the side where the squid is placed. Stir and fry about 3 minutes, then add grated cheese and shredded greens and mix again. The resulting mass of stuffed carcass boiled squid, and holes chipped with toothpicks.
