Children's Inflatable Pools

With the beginning of the summer season, many owners of countryside areas are puzzled by the construction of their own pond. This is especially true, of course, when the family has small children. However, in the summer heat, a mini-oasis with splashing water becomes a favorite vacation spot for both younger and older members of the family.

If there are opportunities and a desire to solve this issue fundamentally, you can, of course, dig a pond on the site. But there is a much quicker and easier solution - buying an inflatable pool.

How to choose an inflatable pool?

The first thing you need to decide for what and for whom your family needs a pool, because the inflatable pool for babies will be fundamentally different from the family pool, and not only in size.

The pool for the youngest can be quite large - just over a meter in diameter. It does not require a complicated design and additional accessories (except for the pump, of course). Due to the compact size it is easy to install, easy to fill with water and drain. Thus, perhaps the only requirement for such a mini children's pool is the strength and environmental friendliness of materials.

But if you decide to buy a pool in which the whole family could accommodate, when choosing it, you will need to pay attention to a few key points. Below, we list the parameters that an inflatable pool should have, so that its use is easy and brings maximum enjoyment.

  1. A pool with an inflatable bottom has an absolute advantage over models with a thin single-layered bottom. Inflatable bottom allows you to install the pool almost anywhere, without fear that the unevenness of the site will cause inconvenience to the bathing.
  2. Choose a pool with wide sides - so wide that you can sit and even lie on them. It is probably unnecessary to explain the advantages of wide rails.
  3. If you want to teach the swimming with the help of the swimming pool of the smallest members of the family, choose models with a separate small area - a "paddling pool".
  4. The family pool must necessarily be equipped with pumps and filters that ensure the filling of the pool, draining and cleaning water, as well as a chlorine generator for disinfection.
  5. Well, if the pool comes with a water heater - you do not have to carry buckets of hot water and will not have to wait until the water naturally warms up.
  6. A set for repair - useful when the pool will be damaged.
  7. Not be superfluous will be some additional accessories, which are either attached to the pool, or sold separately. Such useful accessories include: awning (not only protects those who bathe from the bright sun, but also prevents the entry of leaves and other debris into the water); litter under the pool (protects the bottom from dirt, smooths the uneven ground); nets and special "vacuum cleaners" (help to clean the pool of large debris and dirt); filter pump (provides deeper purification of water, allows less frequent change of water); Staircase (required for a pool height of more than 1 meter); hill (children's inflatable pool with a slide - a great attraction, which causes a huge delight in kids); inflatable balls (inflatable pool with balls instead of water can be used in cold, unsuitable for water procedures, weather).

How to store an inflatable pool?

At the end of the swimming season, before you remove the pool for storage, you need to give it a good dry out in an over-inflated form. The dry pool must be completely blown out by pump or manually, monitoring possible damage. If there is damage, eliminate them immediately, before cleaning for storage. Now you can roll it up and put it in a special bag. Store inflatable pools in a dry dark place, at a certain temperature (the range of which is usually indicated in the instructions to the pool).

How to seal an inflatable pool?

Usually the pool kit includes a repair kit - these are special patches. It is best to use damage to the damage. You can also buy a set for repairing car cameras. In any case, the place around the damage should be cleaned with sandpaper, apply a patch with a previously removed protective film and clamp the sealed place with a clamp for an hour.
