Pasta with minced meat and tomato paste

We pour the water in the pan, which we put for boiling on the hotplate plate. After that, we pour out the kind of pasta that you have in your room and, after reading the preparation time on the package, cook until ready. We throw it back in a colander and rinse it well with a lot of cool water.

In a large frying pan, we lightly heat up a little sunflower and put into it cubes, finely chopped onions. As soon as we see that the ray has already been fried and has become soft, we literally add to it the chunk of garlic passed through the press. Now put the fresh minced meat from the chicken into the pan and, without leaving it, stir constantly until the meat is well fried. In 1/2 cup of drinking water, stir the tomato paste thoroughly, and then pour it into the fried minced meat in a frying pan. Stew our tomato frying for about 3-4 minutes under the closed lid. Then put the boiled pasta here, mix it, close it again with a lid and at least 5 more minutes all stew.

In well-salted water, until ready to cook the pasta. We move them into a colander and, under the pressure of cold water from the tap, rinse them.

Mince lay out in a frying pan with boiling sunflower oil and constantly mix it until it boils out the secret juice. Sprinkle the mince with the kitchen salt and a mixture of different peppers. Next, bring the meat to full readiness, but already with the addition to it of the right amount of tomato paste. Now put the tomatoes cut into fairly large cubes into a frying pan, mix them thoroughly with fried minced meat and cover with a lid, stew until the tomato is soft.

In a deep, slightly oiled form, we evenly spread the previously boiled pasta. On top, we cover them with the contents from the frying pan, and in turn we cover it with a good layer of grated cheese. In the oven already heated to 180 degrees, put the oven with our dish and bake it for only 15 minutes.
