The first thing to put on the pots is sliced ​​with small cubes or thin slices of lard and we start preparing the meat. We wash beef, we dry it, cut it into slices about 2.5 by 2.5 cm in size and put it in a well heated pan, pre-pouring in it melted butter. We give the meat a good blush from all the barrels, and then season generously with spices for meat, add salt to taste and put it into pots to pieces of fat.

Then turn the vegetables. We clean and cut the quarter-rings bulb onions, and slices or straws carrots, potato tubers, and cut into cubes of medium size. Also, we clean the cloves of garlic and lay on top of the meat one by one in each pot, previously cut into pieces. Next we add in each container a pea of ​​fragrant pepper and a laurel leaf, distribute the evenly prepared potatoes and from above we spread onions and carrots. We fill the pots with the contents two-thirds of the whole volume with broth, beforehand it is poured and peppered, we also add sour cream or mayonnaise on top of the table spoon, cover it with covers and place it on a baking tray set at the middle level of the oven. The necessary temperature regime for such a dish is 200 degrees, and the cooking time is approximately one and a half hours. If desired, after the preparation, sprinkle the dish on top with cheese and allow it to brown at the same temperature for about fifteen minutes, without closing the lid.

Beef with potatoes according to this recipe is a real find for busy housewives. It's enough to spend only a few minutes to prepare the ingredients and after a while the fragrant and delicious dinner is ready.

So, to cook the roast in the sleeve, we wash the beef, dry it, cut it into cubes and savor the spices and desired aromatic herbs. While the meat is slightly fouled, we take for vegetables. The bulb is shredded in half rings, peeled with carrots, and the potatoes in large cubes or simply cut into four pieces if the tubers are not too large. Now mix in a bowl of meat with vegetables, we savor salt, pepper and spices, place the mass in the sleeve for baking and grease the top with sour cream. Seal the package from both sides and place on a baking sheet in a preheated oven to 185 degrees. After an hour of baking roast cut the sleeve, turn the edges and let the dish blanch for fifteen minutes at maximum temperature.

We serve the food hot with fresh herbs.
